The new RTV premixer & cooler allows to keep moisture and temperature of return sand under control, thanks to a very efficient mixing and cooling cycle and an automatic GSC control system that adjust water dosing and ventilation.;
this allows to improve the performance of the sand system, with a reduction in the consumption of additives and a reduction of scrap.

2021 starts with good news, FOND'ALL foundry located in Scandiano (RE) Italy, has in fact signed an agreement for the supply of a new automatic moulding linefor the production of aluminum castings.
The moulding machine is a COMPACT model with multiple pistons with automatic sand loading, specially designed for the needs of light alloy foundries. The line is completely automated to improve production and increase the quality of the castings produced and is also completed by the supply of an automatic GSC sand control system that will guarantee the production of molding sand with excellent and constant characteristics.

Ferro-Preis doo one of the most important Croatian foundries, specialized in the production of grey and ductilel cast iron castings for various industrial sectors, has chosen to use a new GSC automatic green sand control, with the aim of optimizing the production of green sand , and to obtain values ​​of compactability, humidity and cohesion of the prepared sand at optimal levels.
For over twenty years, GSC green sandl control has been the right answer to the request to produce quality sandl, with a view to automating the control and management processes of green sand preparation plants.
