The JSC MTSENSK foundry in Orel (Russia), already our customer since 2010 with a moulding line (1200x1000x300+300) with multipistons-head, has requested the supply of a Green Sand Cooler ROP 2500 able to cool and homogenize over 80 tons per hour of green sand.

Fonderia Finco Srl of Campo San Martino (PD) will install a new GSC (green sand automatic control) for the measurement and management of the parameters of compactability, green strenght and moisture and for the automatic dosage of additives and water in the mixer.

New automatic moulding line with a production capacity of 120 flask / hour (900x670x300+300), at the Baraldi foundry of Montagnana (PD).The line commissioned to us will be equipped with a BRAP-6 multipistons-head moulding machine; a mixed system with electric and hydraulic actuators allows the flask handling. A vertical parking for the flask cooling optimize the spaces in the foundry.
A robot able to cover the entire surface of the flask will perform the venting and it will be managed from the PLC plant.
