The BRAP6 SQUEEZE PLATE MOULDING MACHINE is an high pressure type moulding machine designed for the production of moulds in the green sand molding process using a high pressure technologies.
This machine is expressly design for the production of simple and flat patterns as manholes, covers , grids and plates.

Precharging hopper
Sliding trolley carryng reaction head
Transfer device for patterns changing
Squeeze compression plate
Heavy duty squeeze cylinder, position controlled by linear transducer
The level of compaction are adjustable through the operator interface. The cope and drag molding operations can have different molding parameters. This machine can be used with your existing patterns.
This is a very quiet machine and will provide a notable reduction in the noise levels in the foundry relative to a typical jolt squeeze molding.
The noise level emitted from this machine is less than 80 dB(A).
