2022 confirms the presence and attitude of BELLOI & ROMAGNOLI to supply plants and technology to foundries in the Mediterranean basin, we have in fact signed a supply contract for a complete green sand preparation plant with the ETRAG group (Entreprise Tracteurs Agricoles de Constantine), the main Algerian group for the production of tractors.
The ETRAG sand plant is complete with all the transport machines (belts, elevators, pneumatic conveyors) and all the process machines (rotary screen, RTV100 cooler, P2000 intensive mixer) and is controlled with GSC automatic systems to produce , always check and guarantee quality sand.

The HEMA ENDUSTRI group of Çerkezköy (TURKEY) one of the largest Turkish industrial groups, has chosen our company to renovate its foundry, in the year 2022 we will provide HEMA FOUNDRY with a modern and efficient green sand preparation plant.
The plant will have a capacity of 120 Tph and will be equipped with all the most modern machines. Hydraulically controlled mixers, RTV continuous pre-mixer & cooler, GSC automatic sandl controls, and a layout combines our experience as manufacturer with customer needs. 2021 closes positively for our company with two new supply contracts for two P800 intensive mixers.
The good news comes from distant places: the first from FONDERIA GIORGETTI of Rescaldina (MI) which will replace the existing mixer with our P800 mixer and the second from Taiwan where the HSIN TUNG FANG LTD Foundry of Taichung made the same choice, selecting Belloi & Romagnoli as supplier of the new intensive mixer.
